Return Policy

    We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
    • We do accept some exchanges. If the sizing is incorrect contact us via email for further instructions. If size is not available a refund will be issued in the form of store credit via Gift Card
    • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
    • If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
    • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

    Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing; "
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Please allow Us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
    We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered condition with its original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment or issued store credit  within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
